12 Proposals Under 1 Bill of Structural Integrity

Proposed Amendments

Twelve structural reforms across three categories. Each one fixes a flaw in how the system operates. Together they provide oversight in government limiting the abuse of power under of a Bill of Structural Integrity. The only ones that will be complaining are the ones abusing it.

These are not the only amendments the United States needs. But none of the others will matter if the structure stays broken.

Free & Fair Elections

These four amendments are interdependent. Amendment No. 1 establishes the independent body that enforces the other three. The current Federal Election Commission was built by the two parties to avoid oversight, not provide it.

Fair Elections

There are already four amendments on voting rights. Might as well finish the job.

Establishes an affirmative right to vote, ranked-choice voting and proportional representation, nonpartisan redistricting, an independent Federal Election Commission, and abolishes the Electoral College.

Fair Competition

Because no one should be forced to choose the lesser of two evils–oops–parties.

Guarantees equal ballot access for all candidates, requires oversight and financial transparency of political parties, and protects constitutional democracy from parties that seek to destroy it.

Campaign Finance

Over 50% of Congress has net worth above $1 million. Only 9% of Americans do.

Establishes that constitutional rights belong to natural persons only, prohibits corporate spending to influence elections, limits campaign contributions, and provides for public financing of federal elections.

Candidate Qualifications

Let's be honest. This one is long overdue.

Establishes criminal disqualification standards, financial disclosure requirements, conflict of interest prohibitions, post-service lobbying restrictions, anti-self-dealing provisions, and age eligibility limits for presidential candidates.

Rule of Law

These four amendments are also interdependent. Amendment No. 5 establishes a Constitutional Court and restructures the judiciary foundation that Amendments 6, 7, and 8 build on.

Judicial Composition & Authority

The Judiciary Act has been amended over 13x complaining about caseload since 1891. Over 125 years later and it's only gotten worse.

Establishes a Constitutional Court and restructures the Supreme Court along with term limits and mandatory retirement for justices.

Judicial Qualifications & Selection

Judges should not be party favors.

Establishes a Judicial Selection Commission, defines procedures for selecting federal judges, establishes qualifications and disqualifications for nominees, and provides for geographic restrictions on assignment.

Judicial Transparency & Accountability

Hiding complaints doesn't protect judges; it enables them to abuse their power.

Establishes a Judicial Conduct Commission with authority to investigate misconduct, discipline and remove federal judges, and maintain transparent public reporting on judicial conduct.
